Switch Panels & Power Control

Every circuit switched. Every circuit protected.

A light that quits is annoying. A switch that fails two hundred kilometres from the nearest town is a recovery. So we build the switching first and the styling second — every channel individually rated, every panel sealed, every claim tested.

The flagships

Two ways to run a rig that thinks

Most switch panels are a row of buttons. These two are systems: one you drive from a screen, one you can carry with you. Both sit on the same protected switching we put in every panel.

The full-control flagship

TC-SWT105" HD Touchscreen Switch Panel (8-Way)

Every channel is fused electronically and monitored live, so an overload trips clean instead of cooking a circuit.

  • 5-inch HD touchscreen

1920×1080, and it reads its own light sensor — bright enough at midday, dim enough at 2am that it does not wreck your night vision.

  • Electronic-fuse switching

No mechanical relay to weld shut, no blade fuse to hunt for in a drawer. An overload trips the channel and clears when the fault does.

  • Live per-channel monitoring

Every circuit reports what it is drawing, on screen. You see a fridge compressor labouring before it flattens the battery.

  • LVCO low-voltage cut-off

Parked up for three days with the lights on? It sheds load before the starting battery drops below crank voltage.

Control from outside the vehicle

TC-SW8W8-Way Wireless Switch Panel

Reversing onto a tight campsite in the dark means someone has to be outside and someone has to be at the switches. With the remote in your hand it can be the same person.

  • Two panels, one system

A wired panel at the wheel and a wireless remote you can lift out and carry. Both drive the same eight circuits.

  • 30 m from the vehicle

Reversing onto a tight site at night stops being a two-person job. The remote runs on 433 MHz / 2.4 GHz — no phone needed.

  • One to two months per charge

Rechargeable, around two months on standby. Nothing to wire to the remote, so it mounts wherever you want it.

  • App control, via the wired panel

The Bluetooth radio sits in the dash panel, not in the remote. So the app works near the vehicle; for distance, use the remote.

Safety, made visible

Off-grid, a switch that fails isn’t an inconvenience.It’s a safety risk.

That is where every RuggedRay product starts.

So we design from failure modes rather than feature lists. Each of these is a decision you can check against the specifications, not a claim about how much we care.

  • No shared failure path

Every circuit carries its own current rating — 30A, 20A, 10A, 5A — and its own protection. A short on the light bar cannot take the compressor, the fridge or the winch trigger down with it.

    Every panel in the range

  • It opens before the wiring does

Draw more than a channel is rated for and that channel opens — on a replaceable blade fuse on the button panels, electronically on the TC-SWT10. The loom never ends up being the fuse.

    Every panel in the range

  • It will not strand you

Set the voltage at which non-essential loads shed. Three nights parked up with the camp lights on should not end with a truck that will not crank in the morning.

    TC-SWT10 — low-voltage cut-off

  • Water does not become a short

Sealed to IP65 and IP67. A river crossing and a pressure washer are ordinary events on a 4WD, not edge cases to be survived once.

Tested, not claimed

CE, FCC, RoHS 2.0, REACH — with the standards and the certificate numbers published on every product page, so a distributor can verify them with the issuing laboratory before committing to an order.

5 years on the core panels

A warranty is a statement about how long we expect the hardware to last. Where a model carries a shorter term we say why, on its own page, rather than hoping nobody compares.

What we will not do

Publish a figure the production line has not confirmed in writing, or list a certification mark we cannot produce the paperwork for. Unconfirmed specifications are shown as unconfirmed.

Certificate numbers you can check

Anyone can print a CE logo. We publish the directive, the standards and the certificate number, so a distributor can verify each one with the issuing laboratory before they commit to a container.
